Delivery
We do deliver to most of the Adelaide area, if unsure about a particular suburb please give us a call first.
Orders received up to 12pm that require same day delivery will be dispatched that day. If we foresee any problems we will let you know. Orders received later in the day may need to go next day delivery. Please try & allow as much notice for delivery as you possibly can.
Providing us with correct information at all times is important. A re-delivery fee will be charged if incorrect details are given for address, if recipient is not available, has been discharged from hospital or if there is no safe place to leave your gift. If instructed we can leave the item by the front door or with a neighbour, but we are unable to deliver or leave any gifts with alcohol in them with persons under the age of 18 years. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Guarantee/Refund
Our aim is to ensure that all of our clients & gift recipients are completely delighted with our products and service. If for some reason there is a problem, please contact us & we will happily resolve it.
Privacy
We appreciate that your privacy is very important to you. Providing us with your personal information is solely for our purposes. We don’t give any of these details to others.
Our Products
On occasion our baskets, boxes, sundry items and products that we use within our range do become unavailable. We will endeavour to substitute with a similar item as it becomes necessary. We will always ensure that we replace items of same quality & equal or greater value.
